Recognizing Quality as a key factor for the strategic and sustained development of the company, Decode is committed to develop, maintain and improve its Quality Management System in order to:

  • Promote the continuous improvement of the organization and the effectiveness of the QMS, through the efficient management of its processes regardless of the size of its structure and organizational complexity;
  • Identify and meet the needs of customers by providing an excellent service, promoting the creation of value with its customers and other stakeholders;
  • Provide a good working environment for employees and, at the same time, encourage them;
  • Provide technical and human resources necessary for the proper performance of the tasks inherent to each of the functions performed;
